You didn’t think I’d get through National Dairy Month without a few dairy recipes, did you? I will admit that I have not tried any of these recipes, but my mouth started watering just writing this post!

Grilled Chicken and Roasted Red Pepper Panini - made with cheese and butter. To be honest, this recipe has a few too many steps for a sandwich for me. But it looks amazing and it gives me some ideas for an easier-to-make sandwich.
